Support Channels
Herpark Studio provides support via support center tickets, I don’t assist support messages via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
If you have purchased your theme through Creative Market or Etsy and need support, I will appreciate if you submit your ticket right here instead of via private message.

You might expect to receive a response within 48-72 hours (business days). Please note that more technical questions may take longer.

Support Tickets Requirements
Please, before submitting a support ticket, make sure you have first tried the following:
- Have updated WordPress & Genesis to it’s latest safe version
- Have read thoroughly theme documentation instructions
- Have deactivated all non required plugins by the theme
- Have cleared browser’s cache
- Have installed latest PHP version
Support Revocation
If you have purchased a Herpark Studio theme for a client, you must offer support to your client. In case your client wants to receive support, the client must purchase license.
If you use support center in an abusive way, support will be suspended.
