If you want me to take care of installing and setting up the theme, you must purchase theme installation service.
All themes are compatible with latest versions of the following browsers: Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox e Internet Explorer. Anyway can exist small variations on different browsers.

- Theme compatibility issues related to platform updates (WordPress & Blogger)

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED:
- Help answer questions related to platform issues, or third party plugins.
- Questions related to theme customizations.
- Help to fix problems related to client theme customizations (HTML, CSS, PHP …).
Additional emails with requests and questions not covered via the support service will be budgeted and billed separately.

PRICE & PAYMENT METHOD
Prices are those shown at each moment in theme description and include the corresponding taxes.
Payment methods available are: credit or debit card (Stripe) or through the Paypal payment platform.
Once the payment is complete you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to download the theme files.
If you don’t receive the confirmation email, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will send you the files as soon as possible.
I will not be responsible for the consequences that may result from the installation of the new theme.
Before installing the theme, it’s important that you save a backup of your website/blog.
I will not be responsible for any issue arising from any theme modification HTML/CSS made by the client.
Due to the nature of the product, non-tangible digital products, returns are not allowed. Please be sure to review the demo and theme requirements before completing your purchase. If you have any doubt, contact me here.
If you have purchased the theme installation service and change your mind before starting, I will refund the amount in a coupon for you to purchase another product in my shop.
All theme designs are protected under copyright and are property of Herpark Studio.
Purchasing one of my themes gives you permissions to use the design in a single website. They are for personal use and you may not redistribute, transfer or resale them in any way, shape or form.
If you are a web designer and you want to use my themes for your clients, there’s no problem, but you’ll be responsible to offer them support. If your clients want to receive support from Herpark Studio, they must purchase the theme.
You are allowed to remove Herpark Studio footer credits if you want, but if you don’t do it, I will appreciate it so much!
INSTALLATION SERVICE TERMS
- Installation of your Herpark Studio theme (theme must be purchased separately).
- Installation of the Genesis Framework.
- Installation of recommended plugins.
- Upload your header image (optional) (If you don’t provide a header image, the default theme title font will be displayed).
- Demo content import (optional).
- Theme widgets configured like the demo.
- Menu navigation setup.
- Profile widget setup.
- Social media icons setup.
- Setup of “About me” and “Contact” pages with your content.
- Contact form setup.
- Subscription widget setup (Mailchimp).
- Instagram feed widget setup.

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED
- Installation service does not include the theme, this must be purchased separately.
- Logo or header image design, you must provide it.
- WordPress.org installation.
- Setup of domain and hosting.
- Setup of custom domain email address.
- Posts labels and/or categories addition or static pages creation and layout (with the exception of About Me and Contact pages).
- Customize colors and fonts.
- Modify theme design or layout, CSS customizations or design elements not included within the original theme.
- Setup of mailing list.
- Platform migration.
- Knowledge base on how to use the platform where the theme is hosted.
- Third party themes installation. This service is only for clients who have purchased one of my themes.
Before filling the installation service form, I will need you to do the following:
- Have purchased previously a domain name + hosting and have a WordPress installation on your server.
- If your website already has content, save a backup on your computer. I will NOT be responsible for the possible loss of information.
- Before the installation you must have created the pages and categories that you want to add to your navigation menu.
- Please make sure that the images you provide me has the minimum dimensions required by the theme. Otherwise they may appear blurred.
- Once you have filled in the form and completed the installation service payment, I will contact you to make sure that the information provided is correct, and we will set a date to start with the installation.
- Estimated timeframe to start installation is 3-5 business days.
- Your website/blog will remain private during the installation. Timeframe to finish the installation is about 3-4 hours.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when the installation has finished, so you can turn on public mode again.
